The first step towards Self-Improvement is DISCIPLINE.

Discipline has a broader meaning.

But, generally It means, Practice of training people to obey a few rules and be consistent.

Here few key aspects have been discussed:

1.Self-Control:

One of most parts of Discipline is Self-Control. Where a person controls their emotions, thoughts, feelings and action to complete a desired outcome. Self-Control is very important for Personal Growth, Success and healthy relationships.

2. Training:

Discipline involves training over specific skill, systematic instruction and knowledge. Discipline focuses on learning, improvement in various sectors such as academic, professional life, business, sports etc.

3. Consistency:

Consistency is the most important part of discipline. To achieve something in life you have to be consistent doing that thing and eventually you’ll end up being successful.

4. Dedication:

Once yourself to what you want to achieve and do that thing every single day. For example if you want to build something you have to go to the gym regularly.

5. Put in the work:

Some people say “Don’t worry your time will come, just relax and wait.” But the truth is the time will NEVER come. Unless you PUT IN THE WORK. “Time will come” is the worst piece of advice one can give and get. Time NEVER comes, you have to CREATE the time.

Overall, If you stay disciplined and dedicate yourself to a particular thing that you want,

You are going to achieve that.

Not because your time was right,

BUT because you did all those things that NEEDED to be done.

Because you showed up EVERY SINGLE DAY.

So be Disciplined and believe in yourself.

ALL THE BEST.
